Mr. Krueger has served as Vice President, Training Programs at PRG since the company was formed in 2003. In that capacity he manages and directs all border security and law enforcement course development and domestic and international course delivery for PRG contracts with the Departments of State, Defense and Homeland Security. During his tenure, he has managed the delivery of over 200 courses in 81 countries for the Global Antiterrorism Assistance (GATA) Program and the Export Control and Related Border Security Program (EXBS) in the State Department as well as the Department of Defense International Counterproliferation (ICP) Program.
He directs all export compliance services that PRG provides to private sector clients. He is the PRG ITAR Empowered Official and manages PRG’s internal export licensing compliance.
Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Krueger enjoyed a successful career of 31 years with the U.S. Customs Service as a Supervisory Special Agent. In that capacity he was a criminal investigator specialized in illegal technology transfer, economic espionage and terrorism investigations.
Mr. Krueger served in a number of high-profile assignments including six years in the international arena as Deputy Customs Attaché at the American Embassy in The Hague and two years as the Assistant Customs Attaché at the American Embassy in London.
He was Supervisory Special Agent in charge of the Multi-national Investigations Group at the Washington Field Office where he led a group of criminal investigators assigned to the Office of the Iran-Contra Special Prosecutor. He also served in the Strategic Investigations Division and the Financial Investigations Division at U.S. Customs Headquarters in Washington.
He spent 11 years as a Customs Special Agent in the Boston Field Office where he was a member of the New England Strike Force on Organized Crime, and three years as a member of the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.
Mr. Krueger was a Senior Instructor/Course Developer at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) where he developed and taught criminal investigation courses in the Treasury Criminal Investigator School and developed the Seminar on White Collar Crime.
Mr. Krueger holds B.A. in English from the University of New England and is a certified law enforcement trainer.
